- ISO-X Isolation Module - Loop (SLC)
- The Notifer ISO-X fault isolation module is to be used with the AFP-2800 and AFP-2802 to protect the system against short-circuiting wires on the SLC loops.

- Fault isolation modules must be spaced between groups of sensors in a loop to protect the rest of the loop. Used to isolate short-circuits in one part of a loop so that other parts can continue to function properly. ISO-X supports up to 25 devices in between isolators.
Work
- Automatically opens circuit when line voltage drops below four volts. Error Isolator modules should be spaced between groups of addressable devices (up to 25) in a loop to protect the rest of the loop.
- If a short occurs between two isolators, then both isolators immediately switch to an open circuit state and isolate groups of sensors between them. The rest of the units on the loop continue to function fully.
- The ISO-X fault isolation module automatically restores the missing part of the incoming communication loop to normal condition when the short circuit condition is cleared.
