The DVC-RPU is a Digital Remote Paging Unit for applications that require a compact remote paging station for emergency, firefighting or general paging, automatic message initiation, page vectoring, and control capabilities. control up to 24 points. The unit also supports triggering of pre-recorded messages and controlling or monitoring various functions via 24 programmable buttons. Up to 32 DVC-RPUs can be supported per DVC.

DVC programming for the linked DVC-RPU is done using the VeriFire® Tool
Up to three programmable message priority levels defined by the site programmer can be used to allow high priority urgent pages to overwrite lower priority general pages
24 programmable buttons that can be used for a wide range of functions, including:

Control HVAC shutdown, door release or other emergency functions
Start recorded messages and other event notifications

The CAB-RP(R) cabinet includes provisions for custom labeling. The labels attached to each DVC-RPU (for use with AHJ approval) are the INTELLIGENT MASS INFORMATION and the HVAC EMERGENCY WAY.
