The conventional microprocessor-centric NFS series, with CPD EN54-2 and 4 certification, is designed for fire detection and alarm in small and medium-sized facilities. They are compatible with the entire range of buttons and detectors of the NOTICE 400, 600 and 800 series and with most conventional detectors on the market. The NFS series controllers are compact 2, 4 and 8 units with integrated power supplies. They have LEDs for visualizing the status of the system and individual indication of the area in alarms and failures/overrides/tests. They incorporate a security key to restrict access to certain system functions such as siren activation and deactivation, system reset, device testing, and programming access. They have two configurable monitored outputs with the first time being dedicated to event validation in the console (0, 30, 60 and 90 seconds) and the second verifying before activate the siren (0-10 minutes); 24 VDC AUX output for external device supply (0.5 A) and two configurable inputs for remote reset, evacuation, etc. Zones can be configured as resettable, non-resetable, cross-zone and verification time (2, 30, 60 and 90 seconds). The line termination can be resistive (RFL) or capacitive, which reduces consumption and increases system autonomy. The hubs are capable of controlling up to 32 common detectors and an unlimited number of alarm buttons per zone, with three detection levels: fire and fault due to open or short circuit (the latter can be configured as an alarm). Test option with automatic reset to allow a single person to test the system. The ability to locate and charge the battery for 72 hours autonomously according to EN54-14 (2 batteries 12 Vdc 7 A).
