General Description Monitored Notifier 6-Way Control Module XP6-C
- Monitor six Notifer circuits the XP6-C control module that provides smart alarms monitoring monitoring systems wired to load devices that need an external power supply to operate, such as horns , wardrobe, or bell. Each module is for switching applications involving AC, DC or audio, requiring supervision of the wiring. On command control panel, XP6-C will disconnect monitoring and connect external power supply on device load
- The first module is addressed 01 to 154 while the remaining modules are automatically assigned to the next higher address fve. Each XP6-C module has a terminal for connection to the external circuitry that powers the devices on which the message device circuit (NAC) is powered. One or more power supplies or amplifiers may be used.
- Each XP6-C module has a short circuit protection screen to protect the external power supply against short circuit conditions on the NAC. When an alarm condition occurs, the relay connecting the external power supply to the NAC will not be allowed to close if a short circuit condition currently exists on the NAC. In addition, an algorithm is incorporated to fnd shorts when the module is active. The XP6-C module will close all unshorted circuits to the NAC with the problem
