Notifier Fire Alarm QuotationDesigned for high-security commercial and large residential indoor environments, the new IS3050A and DT8050A detectors with anti-mask technology rapidly detect intentional and accidental masks or attempt to block detectors, ensuring trouble conditions are sent immediately to the control panel, Anti-masking technology combined with Honeywell's patented sensing technologies, high quality mirror optics and handling Microprocessor-based DualCore signaling, which will improve capture performance and reduce false alarms and fault conditions.
Beneath the two-piece, easy-to-open enclosure, installers have easy access to wiring terminals and built-in features that simplify the installation experience and reduce installation time. Furthermore, the new detectors are equipped with built-in EOL resistors with easily selectable DIP switches and enhanced flash light walk testing that reduces time and travel up and down ladders. With the DT8050A and DT8050M, optimum performance is achieved using X-Band microwave technology and precision quality mirror-based optics for exceptionally high detection sensitivity and immunity to false alarms.

Digital adaptive microwave threshold The DT8050A and DT8050M digitally adjust the threshold to account for room disturbances such as ceiling fans and other repetitively moving objects. The result - excellent false alarm immunity even in active city rooms.
Patent self-test solution The detector tests the entire microwave circuit periodically by sending and receiving test signals. In case of any anomaly, the detector will activate the anti-mask/fault relay.
Advanced DualCore signal processing (DUAL TEC) Supports a multitude of advanced functions, including simultaneous diagnostics, digital fluorescent light noise filters, digital adaptive microwave thresholds, adaptive baselines, and bidirectional temperature compensation.
Superior IR Anti-mask Protection The highly sensitive active infrared masking feature can easily detect blocked, sprayed or obstructed attempts to disable the detector.
Immune to white light PIR A patented black error guard reduces false alarms by providing 6,500 lux white light immunity. This helps reduce problems with false alarms caused by lights, flashlights or reflective objects.
Selectable look-down area Provides better coverage in close proximity to multiple areas in the look-down area.
Flashlight walking test Reduced installation time as walk tests can be turned on by simply waving a flashlight at the detector. Automatic timeout.
