VK282:Lage Orifice Dry Pitive Fusible Link Sprinklers are therapeutic sprays suitable for use in frozen areas. The sprin-klers are designed for dry systems and containment systems where it is necessary to prevent water or condensation entering the drop knob prior to sprinkler operation.
VK282 is installed in frozen spaces and is supplied a wet system in an adjacent heated area. Quick Response Dry sprinklers are available in different finishes and temperature ratings to meet design requirements. Large orifice dry sprinklers allow greater flow at lower pressures than standard orifice sprinklers.

- Minimum operating pressure: 7 psi (0.5 bar)
- Maximum working pressure: 175 psi (12 bar). Factory tested compressed air to 100 psi (6.89 bar) Thread size: 1 NPT or 25 mm
- BSPNominal K-Factor: 8.0 U.S (115.2 metric ) for lengths up to 48 punches. Protected by the following US Patents: 8,636,075 The K-factor measurement is measured when the pressure is measured in Bars. When the pressure is measured in kPa, divide the display coefficient K factor by 10.0
