VK184 : Viking Quick Feedback Dry Upright Sprinklers are heat sensitive sprinklers suitable for use in freezing areas. The nozzles are designed for dry systems and containment systems where it is necessary to prevent water or condensate entering the supply nipple prior to sprinkler operation.
VK184 is also suitable for use in unused spaces above the ceiling of heated rooms equipped with wet sprinkler systems. Quick response Dry sprinkler nozzles with a dry spray seal (available to order separately) can be used to cover ceiling openings. Special Polyester coating has been studied for installation in corrosive at-mospheres and is listed by cULus as corrosion resistant.
