The SLV-AS3 is a photoelectric smoke detector, fully compatible with conventional systems of the Kentec Sigma CP The SLV-AS3 incorporates Hochiki's unique high performance photoelectric smoke chamber eliminating the need to use ionization detectors in the majority of applications This also allows to increase the detector's threshold, thereby improving signal to noise ratio and reducing sensitivity to false alarms.
