RSM-WTM, Hochiki Wireless Translation Module
RSM-WTM is a fully intelligent Wireless Translation Module Fully compatible with Hochiki ESP protocol Module allows the use of fully intelligent radio (wireless) field devices in addition to standard hard-wired devices. The translation module allows up to 32 radio field devices to be connected to an addressable fire detection ring. Multiple translators can be used on a system given that there are enough loop addresses available. Each radio field device has a loop address that makes them fully intelligent and their radio connection transparent to the end user. System parameters are programmed via the PC Link and Translation Module. The translation module automatically manages the radiated power of the detector depending on the communication quality of the device. The module is housed in an IP68 enclosure, making it suitable for mounting in wet and outdoor environments. The device is equipped with two orthogonal antennas that reduce radio fuzziness and ensure reliable radio coherence
