The Rapid Response Downward Rapidrop Nozzle RD053 is a quick response auto bulb auto sprinkler. They are CE Marked, LPCB, VdS, FM approved, UL listed, standard hole fire sprinklers for installation in fire sprinkler systems. The sprinkler RD053 creates a hemispherical water distribution pattern below the deflector. In fire conditions, the heat causes the liquid in the bulb to expand, shattering the glass and releasing the spring assembly. Water flows the hole the sprinkler deflector which diffuses the water a uniform spray pattern to extinguish or control the fire.
