The SOC-24VN is a reliable, high quality photoelectric smoke detector It can be used in all open areas where photoelectricity requires a smoke detector including in-pipe applications guide. The smoke chamber designed on the computer makes the SOC24VN very suitable for detecting smoldering fires as well as rapid fires. NS-4 Series, NS-6 Series, HSC-4R or HSC-R Style can be used with the SOC-24VN.
The Price of Hochiki Smoke Detector SOC-24VN, Optical Smoke Detectorr uses a two-color LED for status indication. Under normal standby condition the green LED flash every 3 seconds. Once the detector senses that its sensitivity has drifted outside the UL listed sensitivity window, the LED will flash red every 3 seconds When the detector detects smoke and goes alarm the status LED status will be red. The detector uses an infrared LED light source and a silicon photodiode receiving element in the smoke chamber. Under a normal standby condition, the receiving element does not receive light the pulsed LED light source. In the event of a fire, Smoke enters the smoke chamber and light is reflected the smoke particles to the receiving element. The received light is converted an electronic signal. The fire judgment signal is processed and compared with the reference level, and when five consecutive signals exceeding the reference level are received within a specified period of time, the time delay circuit activates the SCR switch to activate activate alarm signal. The status LED stays on during the alarm period.
