Detailed description of Nittan Addressable Fire Detector EVA-H2, EVA-H2-H
The EVA-H2 and EVA-H2-H Nittan Addressable Fire Detectors are a low-attraction, low-curvature heat detector for use with fire, the alarm panel of the NFU-7000 series. These heat detectors are smart (addressable) probes capable of each probe address to provide precise detector location. Sensitivity detectors are continuously monitored and reported to the control panel. The detector incorporates a highly linear thermistor circuit, with an externally mounted thermistor. Specially designed housing protects thermistor while allowing maximum air. Thermistor circuits generate a voltage proportional to the miniature temperature and transmit a digitally encoded value to the control board.
EVA-H2 and EVA-H2-H require compatible addressable communication with the internal control panel to function properly. All detectors have random addresses the factory before installation. The EVA-AD2 Address Programmer is used to set the address 1 to 254 decimal of all devices prior to installation. Once the UL-compatible panel detectors' connection address is listed.
The EVA-H2 is an 8.3°C (15°F) temperature rise temperature detector with a fxed 57°C (134°F) temperature alarm.
EVA-H2-H is a high temperature detector with fxed 83°C (181°F) temperature alarm.
