Detailed Description of Nittan Combined Fire Alarm Horns EVCA-AP-S
The EVCA-AP-S series offers a wide range of candela light output options in a single unit. Candela settings include 12 or 24 volt DC operation for 15, 35, and 60 candela settings (75 on shaft) and 24 volt DC operation for 15, 35, 60, 75, 95, and 110 candela settings.
Candela settings are displayed through the front window and can be selected using an empty wheel. The input voltage can be DC regulated or full wave tuned (FWR) operating 12 volts or 24 volts with an operating range of 8 to 33 V DC. The wardrobes can be synchronized using the control panel with the EVCA-AP-SMD10 sync module. The EVCA-AP-S uses a universal mounting plate that will mount on a single gang, double gang, octagonal and 4 square electrical boxes. The rear panels allow the installer to mount the panels and connect the connecting wires. The flashing mounts in a hinge the top and is secured with a single screw. The strobe completely covers the back-mounted plate, so it can be mounted before other transactions are completed and doesn't affect the fnal look. Synchronize using the console with the EVCA-AP-SMD10 sync module. The stride will use a mounting plate that allows the installer to wire in front of the mounting plate. Mounting plates will be universal and mount on a gang, double cast iron, octagonal or 4-inch square box. The mounting plates will be completely covered by the strobe and will be secured with a single screw. The strobes will be UL listed to standard 1638, General Signaling and to standard 1971, Signaling Devices for Hearing Impairment.
