KV-LITE FP C6 Fire Extinguishing Foam
Fluoro Protein Foam is based on protein material provides good sealing and excellent burn resistance It is formulated with hydrolyzed proteins, fluorochemicals, metal salts special stabilizers and preservatives. It is suitable for pre-combustion fires on Tank Farm fires, oil piers, refineries and offshore oil platforms.
- KV-LITE FP is based on protein material, which provides good sealing and excellent burn resistance. However, the spread of foam is slow. This limitation is overcome by incorporating fluoride surfactants in the formulation; without affecting thermal stability.
- KV-LITE FP is formulated with hydrolyzed proteins, fluorochemicals, metal salts, special stabilizers and preservatives for best performance and satisfactory storage. It is highly reliable, cost effective and effective on large hydrocarbon fires. KV-LITE FP is resistant to fuels and is suitable for subsurface applications.
- KV-LITE FP is suitable for pre-combustion fires in Petroleum Farm fires, oil bridges, oil refineries and offshore oil rigs.
- KV-LITE FP is available in 3% and 6% concentration.
- Can be used with fresh water as well as sea water. - Can be applied with the help of all kinds of nozzles, inductors, foam chambers, etc.
