HCP-W (SCI), Hochiki Water Emergency Button
Model HCP-W (SCI) is a weatherproof Manual Call Point with integrated short circuit isolator fully compatible with Hochiki's ESP analog addressing protocol. The device incorporates a two-color LED, which can be selected as pulsed / non-pulsed (1) for contact polling, and is lit continuously when the HCP-W (SCI) is operated. In these two states, the LED will show red. The LED will show amber when there is a short circuit but will turn red if the device is activated.
The device operates by pressing an EN54 compliant non-flexible (plastic) element and generates a high level ESP interrupt. An integrated test function initiated by the control panel ensures the integrity of the device at all times and the device can be tested by inserting a test key on the underside. Two terminal blocks are provided for easy connection to loop wiring. The device is handled with the TCH-B200 Handheld Programmer for fast and reliable addressing.
