HCP-E (SCI) SIL, SIL2 standard hohciki emergency button
Model HCP-E (SCI) / SIL is a manual call point with integrated short circuit isolator has been independently evaluated and approved for use in SIL2 associated low demand safety function regarding the random failure rate. The device incorporates a two-color LED, which can be selected as pulsed/non-pulsed1 for contact polling, and is continuously lit when the HCP-E (SCI)/SIL is operated - in these two states , the LED will show red .
The LED will show amber when there is a short circuit but will turn red if the device is activated. An integrated test function initiated by the control panel ensures the integrity of the device at all times and the device can be tested by inserting a test key the underside of the device. Two terminal blocks are provided for easy connection to loop wiring. The device is handled with the TCH-B200 Handheld Programmer for fast and reliable addressing. Units can be mounted as supplied. For surface repair, a suitable rear box such as the SR DISPLAY BOX (sold separately) is required. An optional glass element is also available.
