The Viking Freedom® Residential Sprinkler VK476 is a highly sensitive element residential sprinkler designed for installation on concealed piping systems where the need for a appearance of smooth ceiling. The sprinkler hole design, with a K Factor of 4.9 (70.6 meters), allows the sprinkler to efficiently utilize the water supplies available to the hydraulically designed fire suppression system. The operating factor and deflector characteristics are exceptional to meet the challenges of civil sprinkler standards. The two-piece design of the sprinkler and ceiling ring allows the sprinkler to be installed and tested prior to ceiling installation. Ceiling rings allow for vertical adjustment up to 5/8 (16 mm) and can be removed and reinstalled, allowing access on removable ceiling panels without shutting down the sprinkler system and remove the sprinkler.
