- DOUBLE FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM A-101 / LVS The combined performance of the A-101/LVS Double Fire Extinguishing System provides ultimate protection. While the FORAY dry chemical extinguishes the flame, the LVS agent cools the surrounding areas, minimizing the possibility of reflections. Fire suppression systems can be used to protect large, off-road construction and mining equipment such as large excavators/shovels, trailers, tow trucks, and wheel loaders. The system also protects underground mining equipment and specialized vehicles such as slag pots and/or slab carriers and tunnel boring machines, as well as waste management equipment and forestry vehicles.
- FORAY versatile dry chemical agent can be used for fire protection in combustible materials such as wood, fabric, paper, rubber and many plastics (Class A), as well as fire in liquids, gases and combustible grease (Class B) and fires associated with energy electrical equipment (Class C). LVS Agent is a wet chemical agent that is a unique blend of organic and inorganic salts, combined with surfactant ingredients. This blend provides a strong freeze protection along with foaming properties associated with conventional Class B liquids. Agents readily flow areas where flammable liquids can settle. It provides both superior fire extinguishing and cooling of superheated surfaces while dimming fuel and cutting oxygen to help prevent reflections.
