CHQ-DZM M (SCI) -IS, Marine Zone Fire Alarm Monitoring Module
Model CHQ-DZM/M (SCI) -IS is a marine approved dual zone module, fully compatible with Hochiki's ESP and IS device analog protocol protocol It is supplied under OEM version (as shown) can be fitted in an IP67 rated enclosure The unit is also available as a DIN DIN mounting module; both models have a built-in short-circuit isolator. Addressing is done through simple DIL switches. This unit is designed to allow up to 40 (20 per zone) conventional CDX IS range detectors (SLR-E-IS or DCD-1E-IS) in hazardous areas to be interfaced with a system that has addressable similar to Ho Chi Minh's ESP in the safe area (1). (Please note that this module should only be installed in a safe area). Regular zones on CHQ-DZM/M (SCI) -IS do not support any line continuity options, therefore, if call points are subject to interference, they should be joined at the top of the zone.
