® clean agent extinguishing system delivers a regulated discharge a protected hazardous area,INERGEN agent consists of natural gases Naturally found in the air we breathe, Unlike other inert gaseous agents, the INERGEN agent consists of a small percentage of carbon dioxide which enhances its ability to sustain life in a reduced oxygen environment. The INERGEN agent is non-toxic, does not produce corrosive decomposition products when exposed to fire, and is designed to protect valuable or sensitive assets that might otherwise be destroyed by common agents. When discharged, it will not produce fog, so exits will remain visible. And in the aftermath of an incident, the agent simply re-enters the atmosphere in its natural state with no environmental impact.
- During typical inert gas system discharge, peak pressure and flow spikes occur. Those are the vertices used to determine pipe sizing characteristics and vent requirements. The iFLOW system reduces pressure spikes in the distribution piping network during discharge. This allows the use of smaller diameters, lower pressure rated piping and reduces pressure relief vent requirements. An enhancement to proven dealer technology, the innovative iFLOW technology is based on three key elements:
- The iFLOW valve reduces peak pressure and regulates flow at rated pressure of 60 bar (870 psi) in a 300 bar (4350 psi) system, while maintaining the ability to achieve 95% of the system design concentration in 60 or 120 seconds. The iFLOW horizontal check valve minimizes installation time by facilitating the connection of containers and, in many cases, eliminating the need for an exhaust pipe.
- The iFLOW matrix system provides design flexibility and adapts to complex architectural spaces. When compared to traditional racking, the matrix system allows containers to be traditionally positioned in rows or around objects providing more flexibility during installation and quicker removal of containers bank during recharge and maintenance.
