Introduction to Address Detector Base (YBN-NSA-4/HSB-NSA-6)
The Hochiki YBN-NSA-4 and HSB-NSA-6 Address Detector Bases are designed with joints and screws for wiring, completely free of electronics. The Hochiki detector base allows the loop to remain open and operate normally when the detector is removed. In addition, the detector base is also designed to lock the detector with a special screw. Once the detector is locked, it can only be opened using the screw.
Control module with 2 relay outputs Address Detector Base (YBN-NSA-4/HSB-NSA-6)
· Two independent "C" type relays share the same address. Maximum current through the contacts:
- R2ML: 2A @ 30 VDC / 0.5A @ 120 VAC
- R2MH: 8A @ 30VDC / 4.8A @ 250 VAC
· Up to 127 R2M modules can be installed per SLC Loop, equivalent to 254 relays. There is a flashing LED to indicate the operating status (blue or red). The LED lights up evenly when activated.
· Yellow LED when short circuit (R2ML-I & R2MH only).
· Works with both A and B wired loops.
· Meets UL 864 standards.
