Details of VARUN 643 BZ Fire Water Spray Gun
The VARUN 643 BZ Fire Sprinkler is constructed of durable, hand-operated, corrosion-resistant stainless steel for permanent installation as well as trailer mount. The gun is commonly used to protect flammable liquid storage tanks, load racks, sea dykes and many other industrial applications. Has a number of design features for ease of operation, minimal maintenance and resistance to common destructive environments.
The VARUN 643 BZ Fire Sprinkler Gun is for use with sprinklers, non-suction and sprinklers with flow ranges up to 3300 GPM (12500 LPM). They are welded in 6 inch (150 MM) stainless steel. Vertical and horizontal rotation is through brass swivel joints with two rows of stainless steel ball bearings. Both the vertical and horizontal movements are controlled by a hand crank controlled entirely by a worm gear.
The VARUN 643 BZ Fire Sprinkler has a high flow capacity and can be manually operated by a single firefighting aircraft. The design ensures that counter-reaction forces are prevented affecting the horizontal and vertical position of the screen. The VARUN 643 BZ Fire Spray Gun has a 360-degree capability. Continuous horizontal rotation and adjustable height angle with fixed stops 90 degrees. up to 65 degrees. below is horizontal. The water valves in the exhaust manifold reduce turbulence and loss of friction thus increasing nozzle efficiency to achieve greater range. To ensure desired performance, friction loss through the gun must be considered while selecting the nozzle and the flow through a screen with reference to the base pressure available at the gun inlet.
