The Tyco upright sprinkler sprinkler head TY3153 belongs to the TY-B series of standard reactive sprinklers with spray coefficient K 5.6. TY3153 is used in Tyco warehouse sprinkler systems. It is also used in below-floor firefighting applications.

- Designed with a shield to protect the trigger element by the impact of water spray the higher nozzles to avoid premature activation in the event of a fire.
- Depending on environmental conditions, the nozzles are coated with an anti-corrosion coating to prolong the service life.
