Tyco ty3235 Ceiling Downside (TYCO Series RFII, 5.6 K-fac-tor, Royal Flush) Concealed Prink Sprinklers TY3532, Extended Rapid Response, Decorative Light Hazard (ECLH), 3mm type nozzle with plate Flat cover is designed to conceal. This Tyco Ty3532 nozzle is optimal for architecturally sensitive areas such as hotel lobbies, office buildings, churches and restaurants. The RFII Series is intended for use in automatic sprinkler systems designed according to standard installation rules (e.g., NFPA 13). Tyco ty3235 RFII Series (TY3532) rapid response thermal Downward Resonant Ceiling, extended range (QREC) up to 20 ft x 20 ft cov-erage area. Each sprinkler includes a Cover / Sprinkler Assembly / Cup Support Assembly. The separa-ble two-piece assembly design offers the following benefits:
• Permits the installation of sprinklers and the pressure test of the fire suppression system prior to installation of suspended ceilings or the application of a finish coat to a fixed ceiling.
• Allows the removal of suspended ceiling panels to access building service equipment without the need to shut down the fire protection system and remove the sprinkler.
• Provides for 1/2 in (12.7 mm) of verbal adjustment to allow measurement flexibility in determining the length of fixed pipe to cut for sprin-kler drops. Series RFII sprinklers are shipped once. The protective cap is temporarily removed during installation and replacement to help protect the sprinkler during installation or ceiling finishing. The Pro-tective Cap's tip can be used to mark the center of a ceiling hole a plasterboard or ceiling tile by gently pushing the bare product the Pro-tective cap. When ceiling installation is complete, Protective Cover is removed and Plate Assembly/Retainer is installed.
