STANDARDS FOR SPRINKLER SYSTEM:

Depending on the air temperature in the room, the SPRINKLER water spray and fire extinguishing foam need to be designed to suit rooms with the lowest air temperature of the year above 4 degrees Celsius.

 Distance between fire sprinklers and ceiling (roof) plane  Not larger than 0.4m, and not less than 0.08m. The distance between the underside of the foam nozzle of the foam fire suppression system to the ceiling (roof) plane should not be more than 0.5m.

In the rooms where SPRINKLER will be installed, there are working floors and ventilation boxes of round or square section with a larger diameter or side size: 0.75m then start required to install additional SPRINKLERs under these floors or vents.

Where there is a risk of the SPRINKLER being subjected to mechanical forces causing damage, then adequate safeguards must be in place.
