Portable and Fixed Foam Air Equalizer FP-II-400V and IFP-II-400F
Air Equalizers / In-Line Inductors are venturi devices that deliver concentrated foam to the flowing water at a controlled rate The fluid flow rate the unit is related to the weigher inlet pressure In addition to water pressure, the proportional inductor / inline choke is very sensitive to back pressure Back pressure is the amount of pressure required down the line of the weigher to discharge the total flow of foam solution. The total allowable back pressure on the discharge side of the inline inductor ratio regulator should not exceed 65% of the water inlet pressure. When using the hand balancer/inline choke as a handheld, a pickup tube is provided to collect foam concentrate the tubs.

Applictions
- In-line IFP Air/Inductor Foam Equalizers are designed for piping applications and matched to specific Faucets/Faucets. It is not recommended/suitable to operate in a wide range of flows or pressures. The IFP-II- 400 (F) is not recommended for application where sprinklers or many other small orifice discharge devices may increase the allowable back pressure enough to cause a proportional error.
- When the in-line chokes are properly installed, no extra care is needed during operation except, to ensure a timed delivery of foam concentration.
- Can be resized to increase the distance between the inductor and the foam generator. A foaming action can be used when it is necessary to move the foam to longer distances or to allow application the main stream to increase. Designed to be applied with portable foam generators in combination with UL listed foam nozzles (Low Expansion Branch Pipe) Model IFP-LX-400(J)/(S).
