Nohmi PCA-2442X ALE Address Expansion Board
Address Loop Extender (PCA-2442X ALE) is a microprocessor based circuit assembly that provides an additional signal line circuit (SLC) to the Integlex Multicrest
™ S508 fire alarm control panel, limited SLC power and supervision. The S508 FACP will support a total of three PCA-2442X ALE loop extenders. The PCA-2442X ALE is mounted above the mainboard assembly inside the cabinet, A harness connects the first PCA-2442X ALE to the mainboard and subsequent PCA-2442X ALE(s) is connected to the PCA-(s) The first 2442X ALE. The PCA-2442X ALE is configurable for NFPA Class A (Style 6, 7) or Class B (Style 4). The PCA-2442X ALE only works with the S508 FACP and uses the Nohmi family of detectors and modules.
