UL-162 standard and foam induction mechanism NewAge UL listed for water injection and foam injection, outstanding durability in marine, chemical, oil & gas, ports, jetties, onshore and offshore platforms.
- Designed for permanent installations where a Screen with High Flow Rate and Long Range Straight Flow is required.
- UL flanged inlet connection to UL rated flow and fixed flow nozzles Made stainless steel, these screens are suitable for optimum performance in highly corrosive environments.
- Available stainless steel material grades are SS 304, SS 316 and SS 316L
- 3% foam induction is through a non-self-inductive hydraulic foam nozzle with jet and mist movement, and optionally uses a jet proportional control pump. - Metering valve on foam sensor for corresponding flow and precise sensing Compatible with Jet-Ratio control pumps
- Selectable Gallonage nozzle with multiple flow settings adjustable Straight Stream to 140 degree spray angle - Flow setting can be done easily and quickly the Monitoring Nozzle by a handy Nut Wheel by a single operator without using any tools and Tackles
- The design of the Nozzle can cause a flow variation one setting to another during screen operation under pressure conditions without shutting off the screen or isolating the flow.
- Horizontal and vertical movement is realized with self-locking type with swivel articulation with gear and pinion using Hand Wheel to ensure smooth and easy movement during continuous operation of the Monitor by Single Operator.
- 360 degree horizontal and vertical +90 degree and -45 degree rotation.
- The gun is equipped with a pressure gauge at the Inlet of the Faucet and a Drain Valve at the Inlet Flange
