Detailed Description of the Naffco UL/ULC . Beam Detector
The Alpha 5000 system is a self-regulating, self-regulating infrared smoke detector. Up to 2 probes can report to a ground level controller. In addition, each system controller contains two pairs of fire and fault relays, one for each detector. Once the probe is installed, using the easyfit mounting system can activate the built-in LASER. This allows the reflecting prism to be positioned quickly and confidently.
Auto-Align function ensures proper alignment and maximum signal during beam installation. AutoOptimise automatically controls and maintains the beam in the optimal position for reliable performance. The signal generated in the transmitter element and reflected by the prism back to the receiver element is analyzed for the presence of smoke. The internal microprocessor determines the alarm condition when a predefined level of occlusion is reached.
