1. NAFFCO-227 360-psi
- A 360 psi modular system is a single cylinder system using welded cylinders 67 to 592 lbs. Pressurized with Nitrogen at 360 psi. It consists of cylinder, dip tube, relief valve with pressure gauge/switch, manual level release and solenoid actuator. The agent flows the cylinder through a hose the pipeline, ending with one or more nozzles.
2. Centralized NAFFCO-227 360-psi system (up to three cylinders)
- A 360 psi concentrator system is a multi-cylinder system using welded cylinders 67 lbs. up to 590 lbs. Pressurized with Nitrogen at 360 psi. For systems using up to three cylinders, the first cylinder (master cylinder) is equipped with a manual level release and an electromagnetic actuator and operates all other (sub) cylinders. All cylinders must be filled with the same amount of agent. For centralized systems use 190 lbs., 300 lbs., 430 lbs., and 590 lbs cylinders. 3. NAFFCO-227 360-psi (more than three cylinders)
- A 360 psi centralized system with more than three cylinders operated by a 3 liter pilot cylinder filled with nitrogen pressurized at 1,450 psi. The pilot cylinder is equipped with both a manual level releaser and an electromagnetic actuator. Pressure the pilot cylinder is directed to the pneumatic ends of the auxiliary cylinder through a pipe and ruptures the discs of the pneumatic cone. - A 600 psi modular system is a single cylinder system using seamless cylinders 12 lbs. up to 300 bls. Pressurized with nitrogen at 600 psi. It consists of cylinder, plunger, relief valve with pressure gauge and switch, manual lever release and solenoid actuator. The agent flows the cylinder through a hose the pipeline, ending with one or more nozzles.

- The cylinder system contains HFC-227ea extinguishant at a nominal charge pressure of 600 psi. The cylinders are designed in accordance with T-PED 2010/35/EC requirements and heat treated for approval, with a hydraulic test pressure of 2175 psi.

- Cylinders with capacities of 12, 33, 67, 100, 170, 190, 250 and 300 lb. All models are approved according to European Regulations (trademark π). After the valve is assembled to the cylinder neck and protective flange, the assembly is protected with a safety cap for transportation. All cylinders are supplied with identification labels indicating handling instructions.
