Naffco Conventional Fire Alarm Panels are designed and manufactured to the highest standards in quality controlled environments, and with UL & FM approvals, Shield A-XT release panels provide value and performance outstanding for all small to medium fixed fire installations. With three detection zones as standard, the extinguishing release can be configured to trigger any combination of detection zone inputs to allow (among other combinations) any two of the three to trigger. as would be required to detect in ceiling, room and floor void applications. The Shield A-XT's extensive configuration options allow for extensive modification of system functionality. The control panel contains a large LED display to allow for easy configuration and control, which also displays the time remaining until extinguishing release for added user safety. The countdown timer is replicated across up to seven remote status units to provide a local indication of system status.. With all electronics mounted on a single, easily removable plate, the Shield A-XT steel plate is both robust and easy to install.. The A-XT Shield is offered in an enclosure that matches the design and color scheme of the elite RS range and is available in standard red or optional gray.
