Spray gun option

+ Hand spray gun

- The gun is basically a manual-operated device. It contains a swivel for vertical movement (elevation) and a swivel for horizontal movement (rotation) to direct the foam/water flow to the hazardous area.

+ Water oscillating gun

- Water oscillating gun is designed to automatically oscillate horizontally over a set area. It is hydraulically powered by water flowing through an oscillating mechanism attached to a swivel joint. The elevation angle is preset by the locking knob. This gun is also equipped with a manual override.

+ Remote control gun

- Remote control guns typically operate using an electric joystick controller and an electric motor on the motion control screen. This allows the gun to be operated and controlled at a safe distance the fire. Gun/line nozzle

FJM H igh

High Flow achieves flow rates 800 to over 5000 gallons per minute (3000 to 18927 Lpm) depending on model, nozzle settings, and inlet pressure. Dual waterway design, lightweight stainless steel construction and integrated brass nozzle make High Flow suitable for marine applications and other corrosive environments. Each series listed below may include options for self-aligning, gear-operated, electric gear motor driven with remote or self-oscillating nozzle pattern control.

Nozzle options: The general purpose of a nozzle is to provide flow restriction to pressurize the fluid. This pressure provides a usable fluid velocity to project a stream of a specified distance. In the case of foam solutions, the nozzle also assists in the generation of foam. Main stream nozzles and nozzles can be air intake or air intake devices. Air nozzles can be used with all low expansion foaming agents. These nozzles contain air intake tubes and an expansion tube. Air intake hoses are standard for many fire departments, where they are used primarily for watering. In certain cases, these nozzles can be used to apply AFFF and ARC solutions. In contrast, protein and fluoroprotein foams should NOT be used with airless nozzles. Both aspirated and non-aspirated nozzles can be used with the palm line, on the display and in fixed spray systems. This solidly built industrial nozzle delivers unsurpassed quality and reach. The fog angle is user adjustable between the 90° wide fog and the straight stream. Available nozzles include: M-IF nozzle for wide and clean straight stream that can be adjusted straight to dense fog. Factory order fixed hole is available with K factor 75 to 105. Master Stream 2000 is an automatic large volume main stream nozzle with flow range 300-2000 gpm (1136-7571 Lpm). The faucet is designed to a constant 100 psi at the faucet throughout its range. This produces an amazingly powerful stream at any volume 300 gpm to up to 2000 gpm. Constructed of hard anodized aluminum with stainless steel screws and adjusting rods, this air bubble nozzle offers minimal weight with durability. The flow pattern is adjusted in the field even fan type to full straight flow. The fast speed is tailor-made for personal protection by inserting a prefabricated stainless steel hole plate. Orifice plates can be sized for flow rates 250 to 1000 gpm (946 to 3785 Lpm) in the K range 35 to 125 based on nozzle inlet pressure. (Screen friction loss must be deducted the screen inlet pressure to use those K-factors.) Ranges 50-190 ft (15-58 m) depending on pressure and degree high. The FNHT 2 in. swivel input coupler attaches to the WOM-3, MM-1000 or to the WOM-4 monitor with adapter. This air bubble nozzle offers minimal weight with durability. The flow model is adapted in the field to either a distributed stream or a fully linear stream. Orifice plates can be sized for flows 700 to 2000 gpm (2650 to 7571 Lpm) in K-factors 57 to 233 based on nozzle inlet pressure. (Screen friction loss must be deducted the screen inlet pressure to use these K-factors.) Faucet attached to the ANSUL Model WOM-4 Automatic Water Control Oscillator Monitor. Connection is made to the screen using a special coupling and O-ring. Varies 60-200 ft (18-61 m) depending on pressure and altitude. Special input couplers and O-rings attach to the WOM-4 monitor.

Mount to the ANSUL Model WOM-4 automatic water control oscilloscope gun. The connection is made to the screen with a special coupling and an O-ring. Ranges 60-200 ft (18-61 m) depending on pressure and altitude. Special input couplers and O-rings attach to the WOM-4 monitor. The flow pattern adjusts the AFN-1 nozzle even fan to fully straight stream. Spray nozzle AFN-1M Lever-operated flow pattern even fan to full straight thread.
