1. Dossier to apply for a practicing certificate of fire prevention and fighting consulting:

2. 3. 4. 6. Individual submits 01 set of documents to the competent authority specified in Clause 11 of this Article in one of the following forms:

a) Directly at the Single Window Department of the competent authority;

b) Online at the public service portal of the competent authority (for documents and papers on the list of state secrets, comply with the law on protection of state secrets);

c) Through public postal services, through hiring services from businesses, individuals or through authorization according to the provisions of law.

7. The officer receiving the dossier is responsible for checking the composition and validity of the dossier and complying with the following regulations:

a) In case the dossier is complete and valid according to regulations, receive and record information in the Receipt Form for handling administrative procedures on fire prevention and fighting (Form No. PC03);

b) In case the dossier is incomplete or not valid according to regulations, instructions on completing the dossier and recording information in the Instruction Sheet for supplementing dossiers requesting settlement of administrative procedures on fire prevention and fighting fire (Form PC04).

8. Notification of application processing results:

10. Within 07 working days from the date of receipt of complete and valid dossiers, the competent authority shall consider, grant, renew and re-issue the fire prevention and fighting consulting practice certificate. (Model No. PC32). In case of refusal to issue a fire prevention and fighting consulting practice certificate, a written reply, clearly stating the reason.

11. Authority to issue, renew and re-issue Fire Prevention and Fighting Consulting Practice Certificate: The Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department issues, renews and re-issues fire prevention and fighting consulting practice certificates to individuals nationwide.

12. Fire prevention and fighting consulting practice certificate is valid for use nationwide.
