Deluge valves must be fitted with the correct trim for each system.
Install the valve in a place that is easily visible and accessible.
Valves, trims and piping components must be maintained at a minimum temperature of 4°C.
Do not install the heat detector cable system on the valve body and trim.

Step 1: All pipes, fittings and equipment must be cleaned of burrs and residue before installation. Use sealant (latex rubber) on the male thread of the connecting pipes.
Step 2: Install all trim equipment into the valve as shown below:

Step 3: Check the one-way (Check Valve), filter (Strainer), globe valve (Globe Valve)... make sure it is installed correctly in the direction of the arrow indicating the direction of water flow.

Step 9: Install the low pressure alarm switch according to the documentation of each manufacturer.
Step 10: Install the pressure relief valve according to the manufacturer's documentation.
Step 11: Before checking the system, tighten the diaphragm nuts on the valve body in a cross sequence to avoid water leakage.
