Places to install Gas detectors
• Install a gas detector in the same room where a gas stove or gas supply equipment is located.
• Gas detectors must be installed in places where gas leaks or accumulations may occur.
• Gas detectors must be installed in places that are easy to check and the alarm lights of the gas detectors are clearly visible.
Places where Gas detectors should not be installed
• Right on the gas stove or gas supply equipment.
• Places where gas detectors are directly affected by air intake pipes, steam, furnace wind...
• Places where the curtain is separated between the gas stove and the gas detector, in the bathroom, outdoors...
• Places with low temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius and above 50 degrees Celsius.

Installation instructions
The JSC-678A gas detector uses a voltage of 220 ~ 240 VAC to power its operation. Flip the ON-OFF switch on the bottom of the detector to turn off the power supply. When starting: 2 red and green lights together for 3-5 minutes (Warm-Up mode). After booting is complete: the red light goes off – the green light is always on, indicating power and working. When there is a gas leak detection problem, the red light is on with a continuous Beep sound. Behind the gas detector, there are NO/NC contact wires used for connecting to fire alarm centers, management and monitoring. :
Wire color : White – Blue : Relay N/O
Green – Blue : Relay N/C
Gas detector maintenance:
- Regularly check the newspaper on monthly basis.
- Check the power supply, the power indicator light is green.
- Check the gas sensor.
- Test the gas sensor by blowing air in and out of the sensor area.
- The red light is on, the gas detector works and beeps.
- Stop the gas torch, the siren stops and the red light goes out.
