The HD Fire VAJRA331-S Oscillating Fire Sprinkler Hose is mounted on a water-powered oscilloscope, turning a handgun an oscilloscope. This equipment is suitable for use in high risk areas such as tank facilities, hangars, offshore, oil refineries, chemical plants and heliports.
The HD Fire VAJRA331-S Oscillating Fire Sprinkler Hose has a number of design features that make it easy to operate, minimal maintenance, and resistant to corrosive environments. To be used with the Nozzle as a pre-mixed solution up to 1000 GPM. Can be used with self-inductive foam faucets with flow rates up to 750 GPM. This gun is water cast 3 inch (75 MM) in bronze. Vertical & horizontal rotation is through a corrosion-resistant brass swivel joint with two rows of stainless steel ball bearings.
Both vertical and horizontal movements are controlled by the handle with twist lock. The water wheel is connected to a double reduction gearbox and oscillating mechanism. To operate the drive wheel, a small amount of flow is diverted the screen inlet. The HD Fire VAJRA331-S Oscillating Fire Sprinkler Hose requires no external hydraulic or wire controls to operate. The minimum operating water pressure of the oscilloscope is 3.5 kg./sq.cm. The water flow through the oscilloscope is 42 LPM at 3.5 kg./sq.cm. and 60 LPM at 7 kg./sq.cm. of water pressure. The design ensures that counter-reaction forces are prevented affecting the horizontal and vertical position of the screen during operation. The vertical angle of the pitch and the horizontal arc of the oscillation are field adjustable and can be set and locked in position. The HD Fire VAJRA331-S Oscillating Fire Sprinkler Hose can be set to oscillate in a range of 0°-120° and the oscillating arc can be placed anywhere in a 360° operating field.
