3. Conditions for issuance of certificates of fire prevention and fighting:
a) Individuals to be granted certificates of training in knowledge of fire prevention and fighting must undergo training in knowledge of fire prevention and fighting. The certificate of training in knowledge of fire prevention and fighting, issued by an educational institution with professional training in fire prevention and fighting functions and valid for use nationwide;
b) An individual to be granted a practicing certificate of design consultancy or appraisal consultancy on fire prevention and fighting must satisfy the following requirements: Having a college degree or higher in fire prevention and fighting or a university degree or higher in another discipline relevant to the field of operation and having been granted a certificate of training in knowledge of fire prevention and fighting; Participated in the design consultancy, appraisal consultancy on fire prevention and fighting at least 03 projects and works that have been granted the Certificate of approval of fire prevention design by the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police. and fire fighting.
c) An individual in order to be granted a practicing certificate of consultancy on technical inspection and assessment of fire prevention and fighting must satisfy the following requirements: Having a college degree or higher in fire prevention and fighting or a university degree or higher in another discipline relevant to the field of operation and having been granted a certificate of training in knowledge of fire prevention and fighting;
d) An individual to be granted a practicing certificate of fire prevention and fighting supervision must meet the following requirements: Having an intermediate or higher degree in fire prevention and fighting or an intermediate or higher degree in another discipline relevant to the field of operation and having been granted a certificate of training in knowledge of fire prevention and fighting; Having participated in supervising the construction of at least 03 projects and works that have been granted written approval of the results of the fire prevention and fighting by the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police agency; Possess a certificate of professional training in construction supervision. dd) An individual to be granted a practicing certificate of construction commander in fire prevention and fighting must satisfy the following requirements: Having an intermediate or higher degree in fire prevention and fighting or an intermediate or higher degree in another discipline relevant to the field of operation and having been granted a certificate of training in knowledge of fire prevention and fighting; Having participated in the construction and installation of fire prevention and fighting systems at least 03 projects and works that have been granted written approval of the fire prevention and fighting results by the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police agency. on fire.
4. Individuals holding the title of in charge of design, appraisal and supervision of fire prevention and fighting must satisfy the following conditions:
a) Possess a practicing certificate in fire prevention and fighting as prescribed at Point b, Clause 2 of this Article in accordance with the title;
b) Having at least 03 years of experience relevant to the field of operation and having performed design consultancy, appraisal consultancy, supervision consultancy on fire prevention and fighting at least 03 works which have been approved by the Police Department. The fire prevention and fighting inspectorate shall issue the Certificate of Design Appraisal and Approval, the written approval of the test and acceptance results on fire prevention and fighting.
5. The relevant industry specified in Article 41 and this Article includes the code of the training discipline group: Architecture and planning; construct; construction management (except for construction industry code); engineering technology of architecture and construction works; mechanical engineering technology; electrical, electronic and telecommunications engineering technology; oil and gas technology and exploitation; mechanical engineering and mechanical engineering (except for the printing industry code); electrical, electronic and telecommunications engineering (except for the biomedical engineering industry code) according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
