Big fire destroyed the whole wood workshop in the industrial park
Around 11 a.m. on June 13, a furniture factory located in Thanh Ha Transport and Construction Company (Cam Thuong Industrial Park, Cam Thuong Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province) suddenly caught fire.
According to some witnesses, at that time, the fire started to break out. Because the workshop contained a lot of wood, it caught on fire quickly and the fire later broke out.
As soon as the fire alarm was received, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department and Rescue Department (Hai Duong Provincial Police) were present at the scene of the serious fire and urgently carried out firefighting work.
Talking to PV Quality Vietnam, Colonel Nguyen Danh Thuy, Head of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police said: ''The department has mobilized 7 vehicles, including 5 fire engines, a command vehicle and a truck. and dozens of fire fighters quickly arrived at the scene. At 13:00, the force was still urgently fighting the fire.''
Due to the hot weather and the wood workshop that concentrated a lot of wood, firefighting was difficult. Some workers in the company said that because the fire suddenly ''appeared'', the brothers were unable to respond to the fire, but fortunately there were no casualties.
There are no statistics on the extent of the damage or the cause yet.
