VK155 Standard Response Dry Nozzle : Standard Response Dry Nozzle is a heat sensitive spray suitable for use in freezing areas. Designed for dry systems and containment systems where it is necessary to prevent water or condensation entering the drop nipple prior to sprinkler operation. They can also be installed in frozen spaces and powered a wet system in an adjacent hot area. Viking standard dry sprinklers are available in different finishes and temperature ratings to meet design requirements. Specialty Polyester and Electroless Nickel PTFE (ENT) coatings have been studied for installation in corrosive environments and are listed/approved as indicated in the approval chart.

Thread size: 1 NPT or 25 mm BSPNominal K-Factor: 5.6 US (80.6 meters) for all listed and approved lengths. Bulb liquid temperature rated to -65°F (-55°C) Protected by the following US Patents: 8,636,075 CULus listing, FM Approval and NFPA 13 settings require a minimum of 7 psi (0.5 bar). The minimum operating pressure for LPCB and CE approvals ONLY is 5 psi (0.35 bar).
