Model Viking solid nozzles, A-2, A-2X, B-2, C-2, D-2 are non-automatic nozzle models, open nozzle, spray direction, open nozzle. The nozzle units have a two-piece construction consisting of a cast bronze body and threaded inserts. The included discharge angle-determining and body construction provide uniform distribution throughout the discharge pattern. When spraying, the nozzle discharge forms a solid, conical spray pattern that meets the requirements for medium and high speed sprinkler systems. Dust plugs are available to prevent foreign matter entering the nozzle opening. Model Viking, A-2, A-2X, B-2, C-2, D-2 are designed to blow out when the system piping is pressurized.
