Rapidrop RD023 SSP automatic glass bulb auto injector, fast response. CE marked, VdS, LPCB, FM approved and UL listed. They are standard fire sprinklers for installation in fire sprinkler systems designed according to a standard installation code e.g. EN12845 or the requirements of the competent authority. Independent sprinklers create a hemispherical water distribution pattern below the deflector. In fire conditions, the heat causes the liquid in the bulb to expand, shattering the glass and releasing the spring assembly. Water flows the hole the sprinkler deflector which diffuses the water a uniform spray pattern to extinguish or control the fire.
