KV-LITE HEFL Concentrated Foam
KV-LITE HEFL Con Concentrate 1-3% is available with medium or high expansion ratesIt is formulated with special hydrocarbon surfactants, stabilizers, preservatives and solvents. Formula gives very satisfactory performance even at low temperatures. It is an effective extinguishing agent where quick coverage is essential. The KV-LITE HEFL is an ideal for engine rooms, aircraft racks, tunnels, warehouses, attached users, for covering purposes. Due to the higher proportion of air and less water content in the foam, the finished foam has a very low electrical conductivity.

- Fast spread and coverage
The high foam stability provides a cleaning effect for a longer time thereby cooling the fuel surface, preventing the release of flammable vapors and reducing the risk of re-absorption. Low surface tension provides superior wetting & penetration to the foam concentrate. This reduces the intensity of the fire & helps the extinguishing agent penetrate the embers and control deep-seated fires.
- The foam layer acts as an insulating barrier, thereby reducing heat radiation.
- KV-LITE HEFL can be used with fresh or sea water.
- It can be used with Medium and High Expansion Foam Equipment.
- It can be used with air discharge devices and pneumatic foam systems. It is commonly used in concentrations of 1-3%.
- When applied with the Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS), creates a very thick, low-draining blanket.
