VESDA-E VEA microbore tubes are manufactured to order high quality rated flame retardant polyethylene pipes , They are highly resistant to stress cracking for reliable long term performance , They are lightweight and flexible to easy to handle and install and is marked with a white ink numbering system over the entire length of the tube. The numbering system includes the unique identification of each hose and regular spacing markings making them very efficient for installation and keeping installation records clean.
- These tubes are black with red stripes for use in smoke detection and meet the requirements of the global installation code. These tubes have no active components and they eliminate the need for any wiring for smoke detection resulting in quick and easy installation without the need to follow electrical codes.
- It is important to use VESDA-E VEA microbore tubes with VESDA-E VEA probes to maintain their smoke detection performance. These tubes are available in two different diameters, 6mm and 4mm. - VEA micrbore pipe fittings include straight unions and other types of splicing tools and 6mm to 4mm adapters for easy installation, blank plugs are used to block unused ports on the VEA .
