IFD-E (EXD), Explosion-proof Fire Detector
IFD-E (EXD) alloy detector type, an explosion-proof IR Proof fire detector designed for use where open fires can be expected and response to light emitted flames during combustion The detector distinguishes between flames and other light sources by responding only to specific optical wavelengths and flame flicker frequencies. This allows the detector to avoid false alarms caused by factors such as flickering sunlight. Ideal for flame detection burning Aviation Fuels (kerosene), Butane, Grains & Feeds, Hydrogen, Paper, Natural Gas, Gasoline (gasoline) etc.
