140KIT160 is a fully approved reflected beam smoke detector to EN 54-12:2015 that can provide a maximum detection range of 160 m. Newly designed optical units increase sensitivity while enhanced internal software reduces false alarms. The detector comes with a separate controller that allows engineers to commission, monitor and maintain the ground.
The detection range is 70 m for the standard unit, increased to 140 m or 160 m with the addition of a mid- or long-range reflector kit The detector also features advanced motorized technology allowing it to attach itself to the center. center of the reflector during operation. After operation the detector continuously monitors alignment and will automatically align back to the center of the reflector if any building movement occurs. FIREBEAM xtra has a built-in loop module that allows full connection to the Hochiki ESPHochiki analog addressable loop
