4 people died in a fire in Ho Chi Minh City
The fire occurred at about 4 am, at a store specializing in selling electrical tools at 423 Luy Ban Bich Street (Hiep Tan Ward, Tan Phu District). The four deceased victims were identified as Nguyen Ngoc Hoang (SN 1993, hometown Thai Binh), Bui The Thao (SN 1994, hometown Thai Binh), Phung. Nam Anh (born in 1993, hometown of Thai Binh) and Ms. Dinh Thi Bich Chi (born in 1992, hometown of Soc Trang). Senior Colonel Nguyen Thanh Huong - Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Fire Department said that after receiving information from the people, the Department sent 7 fire engines and 41 officers and soldiers to the scene. Two scouts were deployed, one above and one below the house to search for victims. After discovering the victims, the fire department coordinated with the authorities to remove the victims from the scene.
