Unipos YKB-02 Tubular Smoke Detector
The YKB-02 duct smoke detector is designed to detect the presence of smoke in the airflow of ductwork sections or ventilation compartments by means of a smoke detector mounted therein.

- The YKB-02 duct smoke detector is designed to detect the presence of smoke in the airflow of duct sections or ventilation compartments by means of a smoke detector mounted therein.
- Depending on the type of fire detector mounted, chimney smoke detectors are manufactured in two variants - for Conventional Fire Alarm Systems (YKB-02K) and for Addressable Fire Alarm Systems (YKB-02A). -
In the equipment is mounted an optical smoke detector type FD8030 for Conventional System or FD7130 for Addressable System. To regulate the condition of the integrated fire detector, on the housing of the chimney smoke detector is mounted a Remote Remote RI31 LED.
- In case of smoke in the main air duct, part of this smoke passes through the chimney smoke detector and activates the fire detector. The latter sends a signal to the Fire Control Panel and the Remote outboard indicator.
