National technical regulation QCVN 06:2010/BXD ''Fire safety for houses and buildings'' was issued together with Circular No. 07/2010/TT-BXD dated July 28, 2010 of the Ministry of Construction, regulating general requirements on fire safety for houses and construction works in terms of fire prevention and fighting techniques in Vietnam. In which, it is required to arrange non-smoke staircases of type N1 in buildings with a height of more than 28m (in Section 3.4.12 QCVN 06:2010/BXD), Sabeco Pearl Investment Joint Stock Company has proposed. Proposing additional arguments to design the N2-type emergency exit stairs to replace the N1 ladder of the project Conference center, trade - service, office, officetel and semi-constructed apartments at 2-4-6 street Hai Ba Trung, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City and has been approved by the Fire and Rescue Police Department and answered in Document No. 1190/FCCC&CNCH-P6 dated April 26, 2016. Pursuant to Document No. 1190/FCCC&CNCH-P6 of the Police Department of Fire Prevention and Rescue, the Ministry of Construction requested Sabeco Pearl Investment Joint Stock Company to send the dossier of technical solutions for fire prevention and fighting which has been supplemented, revised and explained at the request of the investor. Fire and Rescue Police Department to the Ministry of Construction for inspection. On that basis, the new Ministry of Construction has enough grounds to issue a written consent to reduce the requirements in Section 3.4.12 - QCVN 06:2010/BXD to design N2 stairs with additional solutions to replace ladders. N1 for the above works.
