Hochiki Emergency Press Button DCP-AMS is direction standard pull switch types of Hochiki, munufactured in USA. Designed for fire arlam system and used in emergency situation when fire arlam era detected and started munually. Both single and double actions of manual traction stations are available. Adjusting this traction requires either a Cat 211 key or a 1/8 inch Hex Key (depending on the model use). The alarm status is triggered by pulling the handle lever down of DCP-AMS and DCP-AMS-KL single operation model.
As for the DCP-AMS-LP and DCP-AMS-KL-LP dual-action models, lifting and lowering shells must be lifted before pulling the trigger. Once this pull station is activated, the lever can not be returned to normal standby without using the pre-set key. The DCP-AMS is a two-color status LED with an electronic address. The blue flashing LED indicates normal traffic with DCP compatible with the LC loop. When the alarm condition is triggered by pulling the lever, the LED will be red to indicate the alarm status.
