The HD Upright Sprinkler is a small, heat-resistant glass sprinkler that is available in a number of different finishes and temperature ratings to meet design requirements. Sprinkler is UL listed and FM approved. During combustion, the heat-sensitive liquid in the bulb expands, causing the bulb to burst. The water flowing through the sprinkler hole strikes the sprinkler deflector, forming a uniform spray pattern to control or extinguish the fire.
